    I attended in person to store today. Due to a technical error. (No fault of tui). It was a complex problem to solve. I spoke to Charlie and Hayley. These girls know their stuff! I was expecting to be there for ages. Nope! These girls sorted the issue out smoothly in no time. So friendly and helpful. Straight on it, sorting out someone else's mistake. Didn't leave me there in silence, kept me updated with what they were doing. So happy with today's visit. Chocolates well deserved!
