    I enquired about an ex demo model at the Harrogate branch. Asked to be contacted by email. They did but said it had been sold but could they help with another car. Came back with another car that wasn't suitable so suggested a new one. Came back again with figures for a new car which after a little negotiation was perfect. All done by email till this point as requested. Contacted Darren, paid the deposit, spoke to Carl re finance and Bob's your uncle as they say. Picked the new car up yesterday. From start to finish the whole process of buying a new car, normally a unwanted necessity, was made simple and straightforward. Darren was particularly helpful with various queries and transferring the registration. Pick up was the simplest I've ever done - 1/2 hour and I was driving away. Congratulations to the whole team and Darren particularly. Thanks. So nearly 3 years on and changing car once more. Another seemless transaction. Great service, quickly sorted. Collected the car today. Great experience. Simple, straightforward easy collection. Update: not told about a known Mazda issue with the infotainment system - Android auto not working. Highly inconvenient, will be out of pocket to return to get a fix. Car not sold meeting the advertised spec.
