Was very happy at first with the sales team they even convinced me into taking out a lifetime warranty ( what a joke that has turned out to be) as for the after sales it's a waste of time as is the lifetime warranty I had an issue with my car when I had my service, I was told there was a possible leak with a seal on my driveshaft seal, after cleaning it up they told me to come back in a month to confirm if there was a leak or not, however two weeks later I had my brake pads and discs changed elsewhere as the price quoted at stoneachre was ridiculous the mechanic who did it confirmed I had a severe leak on my driveshaft seal but also informed me it is a part that should last for about 100000 miles(mines done 34000) when I rang stoneachre to tell them I didn't need to wait another two week for it to be looked at I was told there was nothing they could do as they were to busy I then asked if this would be covered by my warrenty as the part shouldn't yet be faulty I was told they couldn't say u until they looked themselves in two weeks I said I can't wait that long as its a bad leak again nothing they can do I said I need the car for work but again nothing they could do eventually two weeks later I was told its not covered it's wear and tear!! Another mechanic came to my house to solve the issue at my cost but also said it shouldn't be have been faulty at this point needless to say I won't be returning to this garage when I'm ready to change my car shocking isn't the word
