Professional, polite and willing to go the extra mile to sort things out that don’t turn out exactly right the first time. Concrete worktops are not an investment to be taken lightly, as you are talking several k for something that you won’t know what it looks like until it’s finally in place. And it is payable in advance… so I approached the whole project with a bit of trepidation and when I was notified of possible delays due to manufacturing issues, I started to seriously worry. Two weeks on, the finished worktops arrived at last, and I have to say they were definitely worth the wait and the money. Absolutely stunning. If you want an off the shelf quickly installed product, go elsewhere, but for custom made items that take time and skill to make I’d recommend this company.

Although I had to pay for delivery, the price for the sink was competitive enough to make it a good deal. I’d recommend this company.
