Stone supplies have been great right from the start. Staff on the phone were brilliant and talked me through everything I'd need for my project, helped work out the best quote I could get for what I needed. (I tried 2/3 other local quarries as well and stone supplies beat them all). I was worried about delivery though, as we have a narrow driveway, only about 8ft6 wide. But again I was reassured by staff on the phone that their drivers would be able to work something out. They were not wrong, I had 3 separate deliveries, bags of hardcore and 2 deliveries of gabion stone. Bags were delivered no problem with a grab arm. But I was worried at about the gabion stone as this needed to be dropped off to the rear of the house, but with a quick bit of hedge trimming and some precision driving it all went off without a hitch. I'd highly recommend, great service all round. Everyone I spoke to was perfessional and the driver's took their time and used a lot of skill to get the lorries into the tiniest of spaces without damaging any fences. I would highly recommend these guys both for price and overall service.

Had delivery on Tuesday thay phoned me from stone suppliers on Monday to say I'll have it Wednesday so I said as long I have it am no problem he said I'll make a note , Wednesday comes I phone them to check after 4 phone calls and 3 and 1/2 hours this martin calls me I answer before I could say anything he's f--king this and that not knowing I was listening and said I hear what u said and then calling me a lier that no one called me Monday and I said I've got Prof and still called me a liar

Ordered 10t of 40mm down to dust sub base.when it came off the lorry it was 95% 75mm or larger and no dust to bind it.spoke to sales and after 2 days of fining we got fob of saying it had weathered.yes right 40mm grew to 75mm.asked if they could help by supplying some dust to mix it in and I would be happy.was told they would refund me £20.as a good will gesture.yeah right.in our experiance I would not recommend them and go elsewhere.seems to me to be a ...take your money and run..type of outfit....so sad as we was going to order 400t for a carpark.
