Absolutely horrible experience. The manager Peter is a con who would refuse to give refunds despite promising each time we asked. Have contacted the Trading Standards and is currently awaiting for their action. Stay away from this business !!!

Been a bit of a rollercoaster. We were originally recommended to use Stone Range Worktops but we paid up in the apparent middle of some staffing issues. This meant our worktops were significantly delayed and there was little or no communication of the situation as it unfolded. That said, I believe there was good intent from Peter all along but I recommend you get a clear guarantee of timelines and pay only a reasonable deposit until you are happy. Now all worktops are installed, very happy with the end result, but this wasn't without some significant pain in the meantime.

We came across Stone range worktops in Waltham abbey by chance whilst searching for a new kitchen worktop. The first meeting was with Jim who discussed the various price points of their extensive high quality range. He was helpful without being pushy and a delight to deal with. Litsa finalised the sale, friendly and efficient. Peter, the manager, also sourced a piece for a sink vanity unit that we are upcycling from offcuts that they offer. Remi and his colleague fitted the worktop with precision and care, just in time for Christmas. A big Thank you to you all. We highly recommend Stone Worktops in Waltham Abbey, extremely happy with our lovely quartz worktop.
