Helpful efficient good value paving slabs store. Stone Paving Direct provided the sandstone for my garden and I found them to be extremely helpful and efficient in responding to my queries. Delivery was made within a few days and no breakages even though it was nearly Christmas. Overall I was very impressed and would thoroughly recommend them.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! The Service is awful, the delivery is just not acceptable in any way! It is also a serious problem getting your money back after a return as it is literally impossible. Customer service basically just tells you they will call you back as things are dealt with buy other department. You never get a call back from anyone. I would not recommend this company to my worst of enemies. It makes sense why Travis Perkins is one of the leading suppliers of garden products. Please, stay away from the company!

Terrible company, ordered 105 600x900 slabs from this company, had 3 pallets delivered yesterday, 9 broken slabs, reported immediately and was told they only cover after 7% of breakages, and would only refund 2 slabs and told me to order more to get 2 free back!, joke of a company and reported the trading standards who I hope will give them a huge fine!

Just had delivery of 3 pallets of sandstone with not a single breakage! Easy ordering process, kept update with delivery schedules and delivery on time and really helpful. Can't really fault them, so ignore the moaners on here!!

I purchased quite a lot of natural stone paving from this company, all of which was really excellent quality, bar the usual issues with any natural products. My main issues with the company were; I asked repeatedly if they gave any discounts and was told no, only to later find out they offer NHS discounts which I would have been entitled to, but was never offered....shame as I missed out on £50 or so. My other issue, which really p***ed me off; I made a second order after being impressed with the first. I wanted to order a part pack of limestone setts, which were £30-40 per m/2. Despite spending £2000 on paving they were unwilling to let me have a part pack at the aforementioned price, instead saying it would cost the equivalent of £90 per M2. The person I was emailing didn't understand I wasn't asking for a special price, I was asking for the advertised price. The less you purchase under a full pack, the price rockets. I'm fine with that if that's all your purchasing, but when spending £2k, thought they would be more accommodating....shame really. Do not expect ANY favours with this lot. That being said, great quality and delivery was spot on. Thanks for the reply....I see you conveniently forgot to mention anything about my missed NHS discount, proving my point.
