    Purchased a hard drive in July 2022, it developed a fault March 2023. Left an email for Tech services on the Saturday , the hard drive was sent back for repair Tuesday and was returned Saturday. VERY impressed with service and the customer services provided. Thank you

    Ordered a switch which they did not have in stock and could not provide a delivery date so I CANCELLED order. Purchased another form Amazon and installed. Month later saw a bill for the switch on my credit card. Check with them and they tell me it was shipped and delivered and I have not got it. After several calls and no real resolution, I have reported this as a fraud to the credit card company. Update: Feb. 20,2023 Although there is a posted reply here from somebody I can only assume is from customer service, to date I neither have a product or a refund.
