A Stone Floor Refurbishment van (last 3 XPH) blocked our drive. When asked to move they refused. So I had to swing out, blind to the left, onto the wrong side of the road. Very rude, avoid this business.

Would not recommend for re-grouting, but very good for cleaning and polishing. We were looking to have our marble floor re-grouted with resin grout (with a smooth and flush finish) and the tiles cleaned and polished. Having read the reviews here we contacted and met with Rick, after which we decided to go with him as he seemed very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly. He told us he himself would also be working on our job but only came here once, on the 4th day - and he was not happy with what he saw, to say the least - the resin grout had been left to dry overnight and it became an incredibly difficult task to remove the residue . They had to use a chemical and a hot “something” to soften it before scraping it off. In doing so, some of the tiles were “burnt” or “eroded”. In addition to this, the grouting then had a rough and uneven finish in several places - defeating the purpose of the “easy to wipe clean” resin grout. Rick did agree to come and sort out the bits we were unhappy with, but once again, he didn’t come to the site. As pleasant as I thought Owen was, I was incredibly disappointed with his approach to resolving the problem - he “routed” the problem areas and claimed to have re-grouted but he absolutely did not re-grout. We now have “channels” where he “routed” some of the rough grout. When questioned, his reply was “we gave you a flush finish, you weren’t happy with that so this is what we can given ..... So, the main objective of using the more expensive resin grout to make long term maintenance easier has not been achieved. The floor definitely looks cleaner because the grout is new, the tiles are polished and shining. Service: Repair flooring
