The whole place is a disgrace and they are just full of excuses every time you raise something with them. They provide you with empty promises.

Appalling level of customer care & service My 84 year old nan is regularly refused an appointment when ringing and told there are no appointments until the following month!! If you ring at 8am you can very rarely get through and when you do it's too late and the minimal slots they have are gone. The receptionists are nothing short of rude and unhelpful, they are trying there best to get you off the phone as quick as possible and never try to accommodate people who are in serious need. Granted their are probably people in worse condition but with my nan being 84 surely this should trigger a higher level of concern for her wellbeing. I have first hand seen the receptionists let the phone ring out to continue their social chatter and also witnessed the condescending way they speak to patients. I would urge anyone who can, to avoid this surgery or move elsewhere. 1 star is being generous.

Not even worth a 1star! Needs to be closed down - never an appointment and my poor mother who is 79 has been told several times to go to the walk in centre at the hospital. I will be strongly recommending that my parents change doctors. To not be seen by their own doctor or a nurse for more than 3 months is a joke even when my mother has been in chronic pain. This surgery is a waste of time! I will be formally writing to the practice manager also to log an official complaint after the fiasco today. You are letting your patients down Stone Cross medical centre

Well will be changing doctors as per usual cannot get an appointment waited to number 1 and get cut off as normal called back no appointments, we can see if get cancelation lol , go walk in centre is the normal thing , over the years had that much disappointment with this doctors remember I was waiting and my doctor came out and spoke to the reception then went home ,leaving 2 of us sat there till the end for the reception to say doctor had gone I was like was that the doctor you was speaking to ffs can't make it up time for a change
