Old-fashioned attitudes of staff, library services need desperately updating to the 21st-century. Stuck some in the 1990's

Have been to a couple of libraries in Sandwell, and I find the staff at stone cross to be the most welcoming and supportive. Nothing wrong with the other libraries but I feel always welcomed with a smile when I enter this one. The library is a good size and they have a lovely, light and right sized kid section. My kids are always excited when I say we will visit the library!

Brilliant local library. Helpful staff and I love the network of Sandwell libraries which mean that it is easy to reserve a book. Important for the local community and for children to find a passion for reading.
