    Absolutely shocking company and terrible customer service. After waiting nearly a year and three marble tables later there were still issues. I tried calling and emailing them to sort out an amicable solution but was totally ignored. Finally went to the Financial Ombudsman who was equally unimpressed and found in my favour for a full refund via my credit card company. Do yourself a favour and pay a bit more and go to a reputable company. 100% Avoid.

    THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS. Do not buy from them under any circumstances. I placed an order and within minutes they rang to say they do not have the item in stock and they would cancel the order and refund us. We are STILL waiting for our money back from January. I have called every single day, and emailed every single day and heard nothing back. They have now blocked my number. We are taking them to court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

    Terrible company to deal with. Chairs were very late with delivery, ordered well before Christmas and arrived afterwards. Company blamed DPD but this clearly was Stone Butterfly’s issue. Items poorly packaged, one chair arriving damaged. The damaged one has marks to the top and a bolt missing from pack, too. After several attempts to get them to replace item and send bolt, they do not respond to any contact after initially saying they would send them. They have some nice looking items on their website but would never purchase from them again. Definitely not recommended. Avoid.

    Table arrived fine, chairs were scratched and filthy. Customer service rarely bothers to respond and seem to have no interest in sorting it out. I'm sure it's fine if you get lucky, but you're probably better just starting elsewhere and avoiding altogether.

    Contacted by Stone Butterfly to say the items were not in stock. Requested a refund - waiting over month and still no refund despite many calls and emails. Excuse is there is a technical issue stopping them from sending customer refunds :(

    Can I give zero stars? I agree with all the other comments about stock and delays. I ordered chairs back in July 2022, when I eventually got them 4 months later, screws and clips were missing to assemble them. They then resent the incorrect parts. It's now 6 months later and I still have no parts and chairs are unusable.

    Very disappointed and let down by this company. I waited 5 months for some chairs, when the shipment came in I waited another 3 weeks for them to tell me one of them wasn’t in stock. I ordered 6 months ago and now and have no chairs and still haven’t received my refund. I will be taking this further, the least they can do after being messed about is give me my money back asap.

    Absolute joke of a company. 2-3 day delivery was actually nearly 6 weeks delivery. Half the instructions were missing once finally received so couldn’t even put the items together. The phone is very very rarely answered. Thankfully only ordered 2 items to test out instead of ordering the 10 items that I wanted. They could have made more money if the company actually did a reasonable job.

    I placed an order 6 weeks ago for items that were advertised as in stock. Ive been assured my order will be delivered by tomorrow, but have yet to see any proof that's going to be the case. Most irritatingly is they have offered the same product as an alternative choice to something a family member has ordered and subsequently been told they haven't got on stock, so why I'm still waiting when they're offering what I've ordered to other customers is a mystery
