Great customer service. I love my yo-yo pram and the staff were so helpful when I bought it and explained what accessories would be useful. The WhatsApp messaging is great and when the parasol was missing an attachment in the box, Michele went above and beyond and delivered the part the following day so I could take it on holiday.

The product is good, however as mentioned in a few other reviews, try to shop in-store and ideally with no delivery service. We've ordered many items online as we knew about the products and its pros/cons, but we'd never have thought the delivery would be so poorly made. Their delivery business partner (DPD or DPP) left a few boxes sitting on a pallet (yes, a massive structure made of wooden) in the middle of the curbside and said to my pregnant wife she would take care of everything herself (including the pallet). I complained through the appropriate channels as I thought that could have been a one-off situation with the delivery company, but I heard from them that was my fault not to consider that. So, I strongly believe the company is not really concerned with people's well-being above profits or the current poor delivery process. Really a shame.
