Extremely unhelpful. Been once and I got told off why I sent them the docs in different emails. Been in today and got told off because my docs were in ppt, pdf and word files! The chap at the counter explained it’s hard work for him to ?concert them all into PDFs! I didn’t realise it’s a print shop that only thing they can do is to open a single email and just hit the print button. Never ever again.
