They take me the mick expecting us to wait 50 minutes for a train to London Euston because our train gets cancelled then when we finally get on the train we have to stand for two hours, this happened on the way from London Euston to stoke on Trent and on the way back, terrible train service, stop cancelling trains and going on railway strikes and allowing the trains to get so packed we can't get a seat, disgusting, no wonder covid 19 is still spreading.

Staff generally not bothered and sometimes rude. Pigeon poo on the platforms and on the seats. Beware of the droppings. No timetables info or advance warnings on timetable changes. Smokers on the platforms unchallenged.

I'm a bit shocked at some of the reviews and was expecting to find rude staff everywhere, this couldn't be further from the truth! I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephanie, she was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. She's a credit to the company. I also briefly spoke to a chap on the opposite platform who also greeted me warmly and was also helpful.

The staff at this station are rude and racist and have no regards for customers at all. They are racist and treat people differently because of their skin colour. A white customer get treated with respect but coloured customers are treated rudely and hackled in a way to to provoke and cause emotional distress as if their life don’t matter at all. If I there was an option for a zero rating , I would have chosen it as the customer service is at its lowest here.

If there was a 0 star option I would happily select it. Staff are extremely rude and do not even care. I could not go onto the train platform because I was a "Little early" for my train, absolutely disgusting. If you're thinking of travelling to Stoke, please, just don't.
