BEWARE - I visited this shop because of the reviews on here and had quite a different experience ???? This bloke is a CROOK not a jeweller, he destroyed my charm bracelet (I left with him for alterations) swapped stones over, left glue all over the gold and broke the new lock I asked him to fit. Charged 3 times the going rate and refused to return the old lock (2.3g) I'm taking legal advice on this matter as I have all the photo's before and after. THIS IS PROBABLY THE ONLY HONEST REVIEW ON STOKE JEWELLERS.

Every time I visited this shop, there is excellent service. I always asked to see 'M' ( Father of 'V' ). He is very clever at making wat Iv asked for, alterations, plus catering for my needs, if he has not got something, he has gone out of his way to get it and help me... So very kind, and helpful... I've always recommended this shop too!
