I booked my car in for an inspection as I had some concerns with my brakes. Stoke Audi managed to get me a booking within 48 hrs and the service was excellent, staff were very courteous and the waiting area was comfortable and refreshments were on hand. I was sent a full video clip of the inspection whilst I was waiting to confirm everything was ok with my car. Thanks again Stoke Audi.

I would like to say a massive thank you from a personal point of view as well as professional. The team at Audi stoke are amazing. I took my 8 week old daughter to my waiting service appointment on Monday and as babies do she cried. I went outside to calm her and a gentleman (from the service department with a white shirt) came to offer me a seat followed by the lady on reception coming out to ask if I’d like to sit upstairs and told me not to worry(the same lady was brilliant from the second I arrived)! the team made me feel so comfortable and let me sit upstairs to feed and settle her whilst reassuring me it was ok. The lady on reception even brought me a drink up. From a new mum this really means a lot! Thank you for such a great service! I haven’t received this anywhere else! I really wish I got both colleagues names as they were amazing!

Would like to thank Audi Stoke for their good old fashioned customer service. We dealt with Dan Swift who listened to what we wanted and how much we wanted to spend and I collected my Q5 edition 1. This is my fifth Audi and I would deal with them again.

They made everything so so easy from start to finish!! Kamil Koziej Is the perfect man to do this! He explained everything on time scales, what was happening and what was going to happen and everything went to plan. If Kamil said it was going to happen it did and he had a perfect professional and polite manner in doing so. The car is lovely and was handed over just right and no complaints. 5 star all the way!
