Never had a problem with the doctors. In fact they’re lovely. However, for the past 2 months it’s gone down hill with the appointments. We’ve called multiple times this week for an emergency appointment and have called at 8am but have been told there are none and so should call tomorrow at 8am. This process continues until you get so frustrated with them. Doesn’t matter if your in intense pain, they will still give you an appointment days away. They should have told me that at the beginning of the week instead of making me call every morning at 8am with the hope we’ll get an appointment on the day. The receptionist has in the past forgot to write down the relevant notes regarding the appointment and no sincere apology was given.

The doctors are really good, but unfortunately the reception team, the face of the surgery, let it down. Think they've gotten worse over the past year too.. Never seem to know what they're doing and try to fob you off. The other day a friend handed in a prescription form for me. I rang the next day to chase it and they couldn't find it. Tried to fob me off and say that they must have dropped it to malling heath Stoke Aldermoor by accident. Checked with my friend that they did indeed drop it at the right surgery. Turns out reception filed it in the wrong place - very worrying! Strongly considering changing surgery
