I ordered my son's fresh cream birthday cake.presentaion was good but cake quality was rubbished. Cake sponge wasn't cooked properly. When I complained 1st he didn't accept. When I show his cake then he said ooh actually our cake sponges are not baking properly in these days. But when I went to collect my cake didn't tell me about that. He should must be return back my money but he cheated me.

The staff are soo friendly. I cant remember any other bakery i been go or will ever go for Birthday cakes ...apart from Stocktons...they put alot of effort and skills. each and everytime the cakes are soo good..delicious... i would 100% reccomend this bakery...you wont be disapointed😀
