Thought I had found the perfect tile. Requested sample tiles, advised sent several times but never received. Comms poor, no follow up to see if anything was received despite issues. Phoned number on email and the response was as if I had somehow found out Damien's personal phone number. I'd hate to think of the stress of spending thousands and dealing with a large order how it would be managed so took a refund. I thought it might have been just me but now I see multiple people with the same issue.

As others have discovered, there's a high chance your tiles will not be delivered. They send false dispatch notifications, ignore emails and the phone is never answered. I'm now in a position of having to make a credit card chargeback. Avoid Adora Tile at all costs! It's shocking they are still trading online.

Damien runs a great show at Adora tyles. We opted to go with them for tiles for our new build. The selection they have is just perfect, not too much to become overwhelmed, but stocking a lot of very unique tiles at considerably lower price than the bigger companies on the market. Damien himself is a wealth of knowledge and you are in safe hands when it come to decor inspiration. He helped us source other accessories with no trouble. Overall a great supplier and I recommend highly.

Shocking service, didn't end up getting any tiles delivered after weeks of chasing and re-ordering. Waited weeks for tiles that were 'in stock' but they didn't show. Got in touch on email and reordered a different tile but they also never got delivered. It seemed like something funny was going on, very odd experience. They've asked for my order number in their reply below, I guess in an attempt to place doubt on the review. My name is on the thread of emails with Damien spanning 2 months chasing the order. They're hardly going finally send me the tiles now, 3 months on. I received a refund without any response when I requested it, even though I was told the order was sent to me. Order number: #1327.
