Just bought myself a Ford focus estate from stocksfield motor company and the experience was excellent! Gary and Louise are who I dealt with ( Gary on sales and Louise sorted finance) Extremely friendly people and not pushy at all! They prepared my focus to a very high standard both cosmetically and mechanically . The car had it's timing belt replaced and water pump also they fitted a new battery and gave the car a service.... Also an advisory free mot. Excellent service nothing is any trouble I highly recommend these guys.

What a find this garage was! Garry and Louise at Stocksfield Motor Company were so helpful to deal with-excellent communication throughout. I bought a lovely Totota Yaris-high mileage budget car with a lively little engine which I could not find at the price of £2299 anywhere in Durham! After a test drive it was delivered to me at my convenience with added extras-a new tyre, spring, wipers, full service and MOT. A little annoying squeak was also sorted out, some diesel left in the tank and 3 months warranty. So much care and attention. Thank you Garry and Louise. I shall certainly be recommending you to family and friends. 😀

Really fantastic service. Genuinely exceeded all of my expectations. Like a lot of people, I probably harbour some suspicion of car salespeople, having been pestered, pushed and harassed previously. From the start of my experience right up to driving away in my new car, every member of the team at SMC have been brilliant. When I visited the showroom, Garry asked if I needed any help. I said I was just looking at the moment, he said no problem take your time. The car I wanted to test was tucked away inside and despite all the manoeuvring of different cars required he was happy to get it out. On deciding to buy it, he set a realistic expectation of when it could be picked up. They planned to put a fresh MOT on, give it a full service, plus all cars come with a 6 month warranty. A couple of days later I had a call explaining they couldn't tell from records if the timing belt had been changed so to be on the safe side they'd just change it for me. On picking it up, after a quick and smooth transaction with Louise, she mentioned that they noticed the back two tyres were a little close to the wear markers, so they'd changed them too while it was in the workshop. It's the little touches like this that I didn't ever really feel they had to do; as well as their generally friendly nature, that makes this dealership such a great one to buy from. I hope you keep on trading like this - thanks again.
