Just to say a huge thank you to you all. Left north wales 05:30 yesterday to bring my machine for service/repair and although no body seemed to know anything about the appointment we were dealt with quickly and politely , just 3 hours later we were on our way back with a perfectly working machine. These people do not even deserve 1 star. I purchased a machine off these guys a few years back now, the ZSK Sprint 6. Great machine but once they have their money they don't want to know. No customer service what so ever. I have recently been struggling like we all have in these unfortunate times doing what we can to survive and doing what we can to help each other survive. I've not been trading for the past 5 months and seen that they have threatened me with legal action over a few hundred quid. Thank you Stocks, thanks a bunch. A phone call would of been nice to discuss in sorting this out. I have only just seen this and i have paid instantly with my own personal money but yet you still want to take it further. Absolute disgusting behavior when this could of been sorted amicably. I'd avoid these guys at all costs, get your ZSK from somewhere else.

After a great start with Jenny in sales, sadly the following customer service and training was abysmal.. Training was the worst we've ever received on new kit! After forgetting half the equipment, he had to then shoe horned training into a few hours (missing a lot of the basics we've since found out) easily distracted and constantly on his personal mobile. Calls to arrange extra training time have been ignored. Very poor. we have taken out business elsewhere
