    Got through to make a booking very fast, convenient online booking service which works occasionally. Nurse that I saw was really chatty and professional. Only points to improve on would be to improve the online booking availability and update the decor.

    Today Review(11/04/23). I was given an appointment for my blood test for today at 7:00 a.m. When the receptionist was giving this appointment,I verified the time with her and she said we will be open so don't worry. I trusted her. I did told her that because of Ramadan, I will not fast on the day so I want to be sure. (I need to drink lots of water to be hydrated )Today when I went to the clinic,it was closed. Now when a patient doesn't show up then NHS money is wasted but when they do the same then ..? I didn't slept after my morning prayers so I will be there at time ( didn’t slept for 20 hours now) and I didn't fast but this surgery doesn't care.I have put my prescription request and still it is not send to my pharmacy. This medical group think themselves as gods so they can treat patients as they wish. After a month waiting for my blood tests day , and it did happened. I register myself here by seeing some of the good reviews but I am really disappointed with the clinic. In past 3 years I was lucky twice to get an appointment with a G.P otherwise, getting a G.P is like a miracle. The doctor never try to discuss your tests . I am suffering with lots of health issues but I don't have a glue, how to get an appointment.(November 2022 )

    It is probably best to call 111 if you need medical help as they are alot nicer and can recommend you to the best places. I had to come here 3 times when I was 10 years old just so they could decide I needed to go to A&E. But, it's not the staffs' fault. My doctor was extremely kind! She tried to figure out what was wrong with me and she understood I didn't feel well, and she was very patient with me. I would recommend coming to here as they give a more accurate diagnosis than an out of hours doctors, but that doesn't mean all places are bad, and the place I went to wasn't bad, it just gave the wrong diagnosis. The building I am talking about is Mastercall. Amazing place though.

    I have always appreciated how hard it must be to manage a surgery but I will now be looking for a new surgery. Not telling me I cannot have my medication and need a review but cannot fit me in for a least 8 weeks and they will call me, no time on the day. When I explained I am in work I was told they don't have times to call. I will now be without medication and hoping I am free on that morning. Really disappointing. If you are lucky enough to get a telephone appointment the call is never made in the time allotted. This is very difficult in a work environment when you expect a call in a 3 hour window and never receive it. If you are then busy at work and cannot answer it is seen as you were not available. Really really really poor and will be looking for a new Dr and medical practice. Please avoid if you are looking for a surgery!

    Can't get an appointment. Go in person and they tell you to book online, go online and it says urgent medical care only. I've been in limbo for 9 months now, I will be registering with a new surgery

    The worst booking system I've ever seen. You have to fill out an online form. And by the time you have filled it out. The webpage has timed out. And no longer accepting appointments. I don't know what the doctors are actually doing but there is no way all the appointments are taken across three surgeries in less than 10 minutes. And the receptionists I don't understand the purpose of their job??? They do absolutely nothing..
