Moved in to my new property in November 2020 very dissatisfied with customer aftercare. Now a year on and experiencing damp issues that Stockplace have advised due to the defects period ending this is not something they can help with. I would recommend anyone purchasing a property from this developer to ask many questions prior to signing contracts. We were not advised about things that should have been clearly made evident to us before contracts were exchanged.
