Well organised BUT.... How many male employees does it take to stand around doing NOTHING and watch whilst a lone woman struggles to lift a garden bag to shoulder height to get the contents into bins that most woman cannot reach regardless of the weight of the contents..I'm an active woman who strength trains but I can't out do my genetics....maybe employ a few enlightened men and maybe build the bins so every gender can use them not just males. Shame as the site is well organised but the sign saying thank for showing staff respect as you leave is ironic beyond belief when most of the male gender in there cannot show any whilst you're there or in return. I'm not a here to entertain you, if you do not want to help maybe not watch...
