I purchased a used iphone from these people through ebay which turned out to have a very very poor battery life. I requested a replacement which they agreed to, so sent back the item recorded delivery for the exchange unit to be sent out. The faulty item was delivered to Stock must go and this is where the trouble continued. They have been nothing short of impossible to communicate with, repeatedly asking the same questions over and over about order numbers despite me sending proof of postage, delivery, the original order and correspondence. Trying to progress this claim is like banging your head against a brick wall, all I want is what I paid for. This has been going on for months and I have given up in the end. If anyone from the company reads this please help me get my £220 back, as I have no phone and no money.

Absolute nightmare- avoid at all costs I ordered through eBay a gold se Apple Watch 40mm gps & cell! I received the package after 2 days but it was a silver 44mm watch in the box not the gold 40mm as ordered and stated on the box. I immediately contacted them to advise of the error with photos of what I had received and I had a response saying to return the watch and they will send out the correct one! Took a few more days and chased up messages saying that I knew that they had received the incorrect watch back and asked where the correct one would be sent. Received an email with tracking number stating that the replacement is being returned- all good I assumed! Open the package and to my horror they had returned the incorrect silver watch back to me with stickers on the box saying return to customer not our stock!! Implying that I had miraculously switched a watch from somewhere despite the stock labels matching on the watch and box. I sent lots of messages and photos explaining everything again but just a generic email back!! I spoke to Alan In customer care who was apologetic and confirmed that there must have been an error and they would have the correct watch delivered to me the following day and he would arrange for the incorrect watch to be collected and I asked for confirmation email which he said he would do! I was skeptical but hopefully- nothing in 2 days have arrived! I called and spoke to Alan again and he confirmed that the watch was still in dispatch but he would get it sent that day and would call me back ASAP! 3 hours later no phone call so called back and after an hour on hold I spoke to Alan again. He said it would be sent out that day and I would get an automatic email with a tracking number- I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET AGAIN! I am left with a watch which is too big for me that isn’t the one I ordered and an box that doesn’t match the watch- I don’t know if i return the watch again if I will get a refund or replacement or if they will say again it’s not their stock and I would be hesitant to even claim against their so called warranty!!! I have never dealt with anyone as useless as this company as after 14 messages, 3 phone calls and 2 weeks I am still waiting for the watch I ordered so I will now be raising a complaint with eBay- do not risk your hard earned money they are not trustworthy

Customer service worse than awful. Before buying a product of theirs I needed a query answering so: 1) Emailed SMG - no reply 2) Phoned SMG - after a 20 min wait call was answered then promptly cut off 3) Tried their online chat, no reply, so left a message with my contact details. 4 days later no reply. With pre-sales service like this I hate to imagine what their after sales service might be like! And yes Stock Must Go, you managed to get my negative TrustPilot review removed... Good luck getting this one removed.

Most patronising customer service team. Like many others received faulty goods marketed as new, and it happened twice.

I ordered Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 2 Headphones - Black that arrived faulty. The right ear would fall in and out of connection from the very first listen. I processed a return, which was convenient and straightforward, for a repair or replacement. I received the second pair of headphones 10 days later. This time they didn't arrive in the original box, it was just the case and charger bubble wrapped. The bluetooth headphones wouldn't connect to any device. The right ear wouldn't even turn on. I would love to know what checks are done before sending a product out. These were labelled as excellent condition when purchased. The only saving grace is the ease of replacement and return, hence the two stars. I still think I would struggle to use StockMustGo again or recommend it.

So, stock-must-go have requested my review be taken down from trust pilot! Might as well add it back on here then. Shocking service, tock money then never received goods, then refunded after almost a month. Avoid at all costs.
