The South Gardens district of Elephant Park is a good place to visit, the architecture of the modern apartment buildings found here (Stock House included) is of quality design and appealing to the eye. The tree lined plaza areas between the buildings create a pleasant environment away from the busy traffic, providing areas of relative tranquility in what is a vibrant neighbourhood. There are ample cycle stands, areas of greenery, many established & new restaurants offering a real diversity of cuisine only minutes away, the people we met were friendly and can say really impressed with this regenerated part of Elephant & Castle.

This brand new building is part of South Garden phase of Elephant and Castle regeneration project of Elephant Park. It opened in late 2018. It faces Walworth Square so it is placed perfectly for those who want a vibrant neighbourhood. The zone1 underground station Elephant and Castle is only 3 minutes walk away from this building. Even the flats facing the street don't have much noise because the street they're facing is not a main road.
