We would always rather buy local if we can, and we weren't disappointed with our choice in using Stock Blinds to dress our windows. We had Roller & Velux blinds as well as Wooden Shutters fitted. From what I have seen, the prices were a great improvement on the "cheaper" online options too with the added bonus of a bespoke, personal service. The whole process which began with me popping into the shop, to having an in-house consultation & measure up, to the quote being drawn up to the arrival and fitting of the products was perfect. We have had no end of compliments on our new shutters, we've even heard people commenting on how lovely they look as they walk past our window!! I would absolutely use Stock Blinds again and recommend to others without hesitation.
