We received training from Mark Monroe who taught advanced excel 2010 and a mix of intermediate modules. He instructed very well, using everyday examples to relate with in the excel tasks. Mark taught at a well measured pace, listening to any questions and answering clearly. I'd come back to Best STL since their trainers are so approachable and since it was on site, it avoids that 'back to school' feeling whilst staring at a screen.

The company I work for (a Facilities Management team) have used Best STL on a number of occasions at various locations, mainly Southwark and Holborn. We have used them for building up core skills of our reception team with Excel, Word and Communications Skills training courses and found that our staff can take a lot away from the sessions. We have also sent our middle management of training courses including Introduction to Management and Project Management. On the whole we have found the training very useful in developing the skills of our staff in the limited time available for external training (courses of 1 or 2 days). The level of care provided by STL has been excellent thus far - with flexible rescheduling and repeat customer discounts provided, making STL the first London based training company we go to for courses they can offer.
