First time in London, however, I am very familiar with the STK restaurant group back in Chicago since I worked with them in the Hospitality industry . I went on Sunday with family and went to eat some food there to enjoy vacation. I was sadly not impressed with the service.. Our waitress did not know how the Dinner Special that they were having to explain what is included with the Sunday Roast, then it came out burnt. We were basically forced to do unlimited alcohol when we only wanted 2. Staff was very inattentive of unhappy customers despite showing this. We were given the wrong receipt by different staff members after the incident. Manager could have tried to show sympathy of the food being burnt by trying to handle the problem at hand, although at the end he took over after having different receipts. In conclusion: Great atmosphere, OKAY steak and bad service.

Terrible experience and then management has ignored me for one-month as I tried to resolve it with them. I have spent £2000 on 2 visits here and I need to accept that I should never have returned. I paid for two Japanese Wagyu (A5) Ribeyes and they were most definitely "NOT" the correct steaks (had several times before and they gave me a different steak but charged for the A5 Wagyu). We arrived before 5 pm and didn't get our food until almost 6:40 pm not to mention it was missing all of our butters, sides and even salt for the table (didn't get everything until around 6:50 pm). We repeatedly asked for water and it was delayed, we had to rush through and miss dessert as we had a West End Show to be at by 7:20 pm. There was no flavor to any of the food and the Lobsters were overcooked. I told the supervisor on duty but nothing was done to correct it. ***EDIT: STK did finally get back to me and have rectified the situation to my satisfaction.***

I had the pleasure of dining at STK recently and I must say it was the best experience!! The food was very good and the meat quality was outstanding. Each dish was perfectly prepared and the flavors tempted my taste buds and left me wanting for more. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very good. The decor is elegant and modern and the service impeccable. The staff are nice and attentive to make sure my dining experience is perfect. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal. The food, service and ambiance was the best and I can't wait to come back again

I’ve been here twice, one time for lunch and once for dinner. I’ve tried different things from the menu, lobster ravioli or linguine was delicious! Also the variety of meat, a lot of choices and the way how they were cooked it was perfect as we request. Must to try the cookies dessert and doughnuts! I will definitely come back again, recommended😊

Terrible experience. 50min+ from order to plate. Drinks are great for happy hour, but overall slow service with no interest in helping us. We are staying at the hotel, and we’re made to feel guilty for wanting a table without a reservation, when the restaurant is absolutely empty. They charged us for items we didn’t order, and overall just a terrible experience. 1 star, and run the other direction. Horrid.
