We had a really good experience with STJ. We live a couple of hours away so rang in advance to see if the motorhome that we wanted to view was still there. We dealt mainly with John, in person and via email and telephone. He was really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Being first time buyers it can be quite daunting but he helped us with the viewing and all the paperwork. When we arrived we were left alone to view the motorhome, there was absolutely no pressure to buy, John popped back now and then to answer our questions. With intention to buy, we took a test drive. I thought that the quality of the motorhome was correct for the price. We put a deposit down and had to wait for a month for it to ready but in the mean time we were keeping in contact with John. On collection day we had a full handover with how to work everything and all of our questions were answered. I waited this long to write a review in case we wasn't happy with our purchase, but we've had our motorhome 2 months now and we are loving it. I can definitely recommend using STJ, excellent customer service. Thanks John.

Thanks to the team for great customer service. When buying Phillip we weren't pressured at all. Offered expert advice and even a test drive. Unfortunately unknown to them the fridge didn't work but we now have a brand new one that was covered on the warrenty. Hopefully we won't see you again too soon but should we I know that we will be looked after.

We were looking for an awning to be fitted to our Campervan and came across STJ Motorhome. What a lovely helpful business they are and they know there stuff. We had been told it would be difficult to fit but they found the right brackets for our van booked us in quickly and the awning was fitted in a couple of hours. When we arrived to pick it up not only were we given a full demonstration but we were very impressed that our van had been given a wash. We would highly recommend STJ and will definitely go to them when we are ready to change our Campervan. Liz & Mick.
