Reading very mixed reviews but we had a very positive experience with them on 9 September 2022. Haven't required anything new for around 3 years so it's been a while, but needed new NLS PE kit and some items of main uniform. Most items in my daughters size were in stock, just needed to order a jumper which was quick to do online. The girl attending us was excellent, she went out of her way to get the right fit while dealing with a number of customers, nothing was too much trouble. Also think their girls trousers are a much more flattering fit than you get at M&S. Seems like Myton don't have much luck here but for NLS Stitch Tech are great. They are very bad at answering the phone though hence 4 stars rather than 5

It is nearly two years I keep ordering the uniform for the kids St Paul's Primary School and to be honest they're very rude and they keep lying to you today next week very poor service even I called them the answer and they put the phone back my experience I will never ever order any uniform with them they lying they rude even out of the clothes after the kids finish school still not received any email or phone call or anything to calling them all the time shame on their business customise always right 👍

This shop and it’s staff offer ZERO customer service. It was so easy to purchase a quality blazer from a reputed retailer and get it stitched. Fail to understand why Myton School choose them !!!!. Trying to return an item for exchange is an impossible task
