Contacted me as she was unsure of the style of pants i wanted altered. After asking me to send a picture to her website (which does not allow you to send pictures, and doesn’t have an email) i suggested if she were to google the style of pants ‘juicy couture pants’ it would give her an idea of the style. Declined the alteration of 2 pairs of trousers immediately as she ‘doesn’t use unfamiliar websites’, but her website itself is on google. Very odd experience. Service: Alterations

Wedding dress hem and train alterations were fine but the bodice was a disaster and I didn't even realise until my wedding day due to there being no proper mirrors at fittings. Dress gaped terribly and looks awful in the photos. Bitterly disappointed after shelling out over £400 on alterations and £1500 on the dress. Would not recommend for wedding dress alterations as would hate any bride to feel as disappointed as I did with their dress. Service: Wedding gown alterations
