I wasn't expecting it to be such a success but the pieces the stylist picked out for me we're just what I needed. I've not opted for regular deliveries as I don't need them but I would definitely use them again in the future. It's definitely helped update my wardrobe!

Once the sign up process starts and it collects a lot of sellable data, Stitch Fix promptly requires the user's payment details and delivery time approval – this happens before it giving even one styling suggestion. There is no step where Stitch Fix demonstrates what they will actually offer, where the user can make up their mind if this service is going to work for them and if they wish to continue with the service. The user can't see the selection of clothes before having given their data to the company (for storage and sale presumably)... payment data included! There is no straight forward way to delete one's account either – the user must write to Customer Services, who, luckily for me, seem to have erased my account. Thanks. Can't help but think Stitch Fix is just a data gathering exercise with very marginal interest in fashion – a (semi)legal con.

I've used stitch fix many times over the past few years and alwasy found them to be good. I've had Roze as my stylist and found her really good at matcing outfits for me and always a nice personalt touch in the notes. I do find stitch fix to be slightly expensive but in fairness its all good quality clothing so i guess you get what you pay for. Also though ive found that i'd wear things that i'd never pick out when shopping for myself and when it's all matched up with nice trousers or shirts it's so much easier to pick out outfits from my wardrobe!
