I always take my items here to be shortened. Being only 5ft 1 . The prices are not cheapest but I know they are reasonable and they do a good job and I feel confident my items are taken care off and responsibility stored.

Took a Leather bag in for a new zip. Terrible work, the tension on the stitches to tight, loose ends,( I stood and pulled out left over cotton at the desk) even left off a leather zipper tag because they weren't going to ruin there machine attaching it.. Completely ruined the bag. I was to intimidated by the 2 women who worked there to complain.

I had used this business previously so had no hesitation in taking my latest garment to them. It was a bit of a tricky job but I was told that it would not be a problem. Three weeks later when I went to collect the garment, it was still hanging on the peg in the carrier bag where it had been left when I took it in. I was told by staff that the lady who accepted the garment does not work for them very often. What if I had been relying upon wearing that garment that same week? I had left my telephone number so there was absolutely no excuse for not contacting me. This is shabby service and I shall not be recommending them in the future. Service: Alterations
