Over 6 weeks from sending my order to receiving the product. Only to find that my large logo was not printed straight, and at an angle large enough for people to comment on when the tshirt being worn. That's OK I thought, I'm sure they'll sort it out. Sent an email and was told to take them in to the shop.. As a small business owner I don't have the time to make frequent trips in to Exeter, especially not just to show how badly a job has been done. I They should have been reprinted and collect replacements, of course taking in the badly printed items for exchange. So I send photographs with a right angled cardboard sheet as reference to the angled logo - and then get accused of manipulating the fabric to make it look wrong! A real shame because half of this order was fine despite the very long lead time. I've worked in customer service for over 20 years, and this has to be the worst example I've come across in a very long time. So much for wanting to support a small local business. 😡😡

If I could give 0 stars I would, I place an order on the 9th of August, order was accepted on the 10th of August I was told it w9uld take 7-10 working days well now we are on the 22nd of September and I've still not received my order, I've phoned up twice and been told they would check the warehouse that night and call me back the next day and I never get called back, I spent nearly £100 on school uniform which can't be brought anywhere else and I've still not got what I've paid for this is disgusting if I had a choice I would never buy my kids school stuff from there again!!

I placed an order on the 1st August for my daughter's school PE kits and today 5th September I still haven't received all and I now I have been told if I want it on time I have to go and collect!!! I'm so cross, upset and disappointed after speaking to them on 16th August with my concerns I really thought I wouldn't have to worry I was soooo wrong 😡😡
