The service we as a group received was absolutely fantastic. However whilst here an elderly regular patron came in a rear entrance with her daughter and went to sit down and was very soon told that because it was busy she would have to leave the restaurant area and join the queue with everyone else. This poor lady was very elderly and frail looking and was using a walking frame. The daughter explained that they were regulars and used the restaurant a few times a week but was still told that they would have to wait in the queue. Personally as someone who works in customer service i would have dealt with the situation differently.
