    Stayed for 3 nights at end of June. Location is perfect and Helmsley itself is a lovely place. You are ideally situated for walking, travelling to nearby places or just for Helmsley itself. The centre of Helmsley is a very short walk from the accommodation. Carol was wonderful and very welcoming and breakfast was super, certainly kept me full until way past lunchtime. Would recommend and would stay again.
