    My husband and I have the Trio+ lift. It is a really lovely looking lift and easy to use. We bought the lift to future proof our home for our old age. I don’t have the arm strength I did and it has been as valuable for getting things that are that bit too heavy or bulky for me up and down floors as it has for taking the strain off our knees. The lift is situated in a double height sunroom, the colourless Perspex walls of the lift mean it is much less obtrusive than a traditional home lift would be. We chose the half door option which is ideal if you don’t want to feel too enclosed, my elderly mother who is very claustrophobic feels comfortable travelling in it. All the engineers during and after the installation were extremely friendly whilst still being professional. All the sales staff and customers services staff have been equally pleasant to deal with. There were a few teething problems post installation but they were dealt with quickly and successfully. The only negative point we have is the long length of white power cable that hangs down by the side of the lift – it never seems to appear in any of the pictures and was quite a surprise. I believe that other Stiltz customers have given the same feedback to Stiltz and new model without this cable is being brought out.
