Only awarding one star because there's not a zero stars option. My husband bought 2 t-bone steaks from here and they were dire. Tough as old boots, completely unchewable - the fillet steak was non-existent on one and the other looked like it had been mauled. I've never in my life had inedible steak before - I wouldn't eat these if they were free.

Ordered in time for the Jubilee and was told the 1st June. Its now the 15th June and i am still waiting. They are not answering their phones so getting frustrated i have now discovered that they have gone into administration but thankfully i have paid by credit card so can get my money back. If you go online you will find the letter of administration you can use with the bank to reclaim the money
