Dr Rasul and her team have been nothing short of miraculous for my health. Dr Shuttleworth spent hours helping uncover the fact I had a severe lack of iron when others doctors (from different surgeries) just outright dismissed how I was feeling. For the first time in 15 years I can walk around the block and not collapse in a heap afterwards. Whilst it's not always easy to get the appointment when you need it, they ALWAYS call back, and the reception team work really hard to help you. If you're female and sick of not being heard by doctors, you need to come here.

I've been with this surgery for over 20 years and seen alot of receptionists come and go , but these ladies are ok but again you do have to battle to see your doctor at times and the battle is whether they think your I'll enough !!!! But the e consult service I must admit is really good , I would say use this if you want to ask questions or book appointments rather then trying all week to phone

Useless I’m waiting for my medication at the moment but I’ve run out of my epilepsy medication I call the doctors up and ask for emergency medication and they won’t help they just said my medication has been sent through well sorry I now haven’t got none now and there not going to help me specially my hormones are all over the place because I’m pregnant and they will make wait and have seizures everyday and night and believe I hate having them it freaks me out during the night I’m fuming I will haft to call 111
