Do not use! They do not deliver in the timescale they state on the website and when you reach out for an update, they do not reply. I am still awaiting a response from their support team since 3 days ago despite their promise to respond within 12-24 hours. The order was placed 9 days ago and there has been zero communications since.

Unfortunately, after several years trading with this company, we have made the decision to go elsewhere. The service has gone downhill and the post-purchase customer service is not what you'd expect from a professional company. Very rude to say the least and the EIGHT one star reviews speak volumes

This was our first time ordering from Sticky Things. Delivery was longer than we had hoped, however, it was definitely worth the wait, the quality of the labels are 10/10! We ordered waterproof labels and resin domed labels. We will definitely be repeat ordering and I'll make sure I place the order before we run out next time! Thanks guys.

Made an order 14 days ago. Been calling the number for 3 days with no response and no response to my emails either. I don't mind waiting but I should be informed of how long the wait will be. My first time using them as they were cheaper than my usual supplier. As I also run a business I know how important customer service is and I'm very disappointed in the service I have received.

They offer next day delivery but it's not. The printing is on top of that, and printing times are unknown, we're now six days in still waiting. It's not even next day response on customer service
