    Had a good experience at first but now feel like I've been forgotten, I ordered some work wear as a test to see what it would be like for myself and my 3 workers. Just 5 t shirts and a hoodie for myself. The t-shirts look great, have a good quality about them and we're we're correct size ordered, however the hoodie came the next size larger and is completely to big for me so unable to wear it. Emailed and heard nothing back at first but chased and received and email saying they would get the correct size sent out ASAP. Well that was 11 days ago and I still haven't had a dispatch email. Its a shame as I would have liked to order a lots of products as been impressed with the items in the past but think il go somewhere else for the work wear.

    It’s easy to review a company when things go well but for me it says more about a company in how they act when things don’t go to plan and how they resolve them. There was a mistake (these things happen) with my workwear order, and as much as I would have dealt with it in a different way, I can’t fault Stickers and That for resolving the problem. Tom went above and beyond to rectify the issue. I would recommend Stickers and That as the quality of the items they supply is great and can appreciate why they come highly recommended. I would order from them again in the future.

    Used stickers and that before and had no problems but this time I ordered leaflets which I paid for 30th May. Its now 17th June and still haven't received anything even though I was told on the 9th June that these would be dispatched on the 10th. Rang today and they haven't even printed my order. Not happy with the service this time. Only thing offered was an apology.
