Disgusting service. Do not use. Booked 6 weeks in advanced and he never arrived. Messaged 15 minutes after missed appointment , made an excuse couldn’t find parking. Never attempted to call me. Booked day off. Waited all day wasting a days holiday. Then emailed me lies he had tried to find parking near my house multiple times during the but never rang me once. Barefaced lie. Asked for another date to service chimney and was ignored with no reply. It’s now November and I cannot find another chimney sweep until January when winter has passed. Do not use this unreliable person. Find someone who will turn up when they say they will and communicate with you better and not tell lies they couldn’t find parking with no attempt to even pick up the phone to the customer.
