Just drive 20 miles to Stuart Longton caravans and the accessorie shop does not accept cash my sale lost and my future custom lost absolute joke of a place after a reply from Stuart Longton I still find it disgusting that a retailer won't accept our country's own currency

Forget it if you want any after Sales assistant or help. complete waste of time. would not recommend them or deal with them ever again. Will not go into too much detail but bought a 2nd Motorhome from them that had numerous issues. Real poor aftersales when your spending a lot of money. Shop elsewhere.

Recently traded in for a brand new sprite caravan, can't fault the service that we received, including a very minor warranty issue which has been dealt with very well to date. Have also used the service department in the past which was also very good so I would definitely recommend based on my experience.

See attached full damp report after a full service, what a unprofessional shambles. £300 for a service and that is what the customer is handed. One of the problems is excessive creaking from furniture, they can't find it so there not fixing, I assume they call this after sales support Never mind longton's, it only cost us £26000. I am now having to deal with Swift direct, even though we bought this caravan 11 months ago from this company. I will not be returning again.
