Car would not start immediately. Had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to try to start again. Kept the car for 4 days and was afraid I would get stranded. Anxiety, fear of being stranded. Awful feeling. Could not get refund. This car dealership knew the condition of the car before leasing it. This is highly unsafe for anyone to drive. Should not lease to military.

Rented a car for approx 6 months while I was in England. Could not fault company. Car was outdated slightly but did what I needed it to do. Helpful staff and cheap rental price which worked on weekly price only as explained before renting which suited me well. If I am asked to return I will be back. Well- recommended

Please do not use this company for rentals. They are not trustworthy and do not follow their own contracts. All they care about is taking your money and taking advantage of you. We rented a vehicle, and returned it before the time they told us we needed to return it so we would not be charged an additional week. They charged us that morning and when we asked about the reimbursement because it was before the time quoted to us, they told us they wouldn't be honoring that. No money given back to us! I gave 1 star because they atleast gave us a car that worked. Unlike some other people I've heard from that have had issues.

Bought a great condition 3 door 2010 Fiesta Zetec S at a very competitive price last year, was very happy with it. (Saw the same model, similar mileage going for about 20% more at a different dealership and that's without the 1 year warranty and was in worse condition). I was skeptical about the warranty at first but I still brought my fiesta in recently after a year and 10k miles for a few issues (coolant leak, suspension spring and seatbelt warning light) and all were fixed under warranty and they did an MOT and replaced tyres cheaply. Very happy overall with the car and warranty service!
