Arrived at 1653 to be greeted by 5 staff standing staring at me with one Saying we close in 5 minutes. I replied well I won't need 5 minutes and was desperate to get some trainers for my son. Unfortunately they where locked away. Just a polite suggestion to keep everything open for the duration of your 'opening hours'. I'll spend my money elsewhere

⛔️AVOID⛔️ AVOID⛔️ Who ever gave this company the contract to deal with over 500 schools nationwide MUST be struck off!! Purchased an item which needs size changing, been told no exchanges?! Have to Return, wait for refund then only I can purchase again! Not everyone can afford this stupid process… Well done Stealvensons it’s the children who are affected by your selfish money making rules!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst school uniform shop. Your web order would come in different parcels over weeks if any is on stock. My sons back pack has been paid two months ago but never delivered. Once I manage to speak to them they told me that back pack will be available on 1st November!!!!!????? The worst is that they have kept my money all this time!? Second is a polo T-shirts that is been a month since we have purchased and not delivered yet! IF YOU CAN AVOID THIS SCHOOL SHOP!!!!!!!!!
