    Took over 6 months to complete on a property purchase. Really shambolic handling of the case early on by Ashley Mallett (now left the company). Kristel Wan was slightly better when picking up the case but still too many delays. Constantly having to chase and they pretty much never answer the phone. Finally got some movement only because a senior partner, James Burgess, became involved in the case. Been going to Eaton Smith for years but will not be using again.

    I would never recommend this Company. I feel they have been Incompetent due to having paid a tax bill on an estate, that was not due, which they had to correct. The communication with e-mails was at best very poor where e-mails were unanswered. They were very expensive due to their own inefficiencies. Finally, we lost a lot of money from the estate due to poor handling of the affairs.
