They were very professional by first reading through the letters I had been sent and advising me on how to proceed over a virtual chat. They explained the letter, why it was written in a certain way and pointing out key reference points to support me in my reply in order to come to a mutual agreement with the other comapnies trademark, settling the dispute within the opposition period.
