Close to train / bus station. Has a car park for folks who don't see the irony in driving to the gym. Clean changing rooms, good range of activities.

It's called the Arts & Leisure Centre. Nice big leisure centre with 2 halls that cater for badminton. Changing rooms and toilets are clean. The entrance is a bit hard to find if you're arriving by train. The entrance is behind the building, coming from the station, so go over the footbridge, continue to go through the building, and go downstairs to the car park. It's on the ground floor.

Parking is a nightmare, have gone to the gym and had to come home many times due to not being able to get a parking space, badminton is always fully booked with people booking weeks in advance most of the time not even showing up so the courts are empty

I was refered to stevenage lifestyles from my GP. Back in September i asked the receptionist to book me for a pay as you go gym. They took my card and setup a direct debit. I clearly mentioned it is pay as you go but i was not given correct information. They have charged me £22 something for 5 months and i didn't even go for single day because i knew it was just pay as you go. Infact we have moved out of stevenage and they are still charging. Very disappointed and wasted more than £100 which we will never get back. Advice for everyone, triple check before you book anything.

- Always find it difficult to get through to reception on the phone. - Seems their table tennis/badminton facilities are ALWAYS unavailable due to events taking place.
